Incredible miles Jannine! I bought an ipod shuffle the other day and love it. Its small enough to tuck in my pocket and walk away!

ok it looks like we're missing Di De, Emily, Kim R and Rebecca M, where are you ladies we need your miles for the week I've rounded everyones mile up of those who have a . in their number our numbers look good, this was a great idea Barbara, what are your thoughts on keeping this challenge open until Dec 31? We don't have to walk outside in the cold, theres plenty of ways to get miles inside even if its just doing our normal routine. Anyone else have a take on this? 37 is great miles for the week, congrats!

my right choices today are going to eat less carbs. I seem to go in spurts eating so many carbs and then the following week its low or complex carbs. Some days oyster crackers feel SO soothing in the stomach that I'd rather eat those instead of focusing on protein like I should. I've been cutting back on bad carbs Tues and today and will try and continue this for a while!

I think liquid calories are one of our bigest potential downfalls. Some of them taste so good and they go down so easily. We just have to be vigilant in finding acceptible alternatives or find some other way to be satisfied with what we can have. Have a great day, Rick

Robin, Thanks for the alternative idea for those that have to have their pumpkin fix. They always smell so good. Have a great day, Rick
