Rebecca, Thanks for the support. I get as least as much out of this as I hope I am giving others. It's always nice to see the scale move especially when it is a surprise. My scale also way very good to me this morning, but I wont trust it until I get a few more readings in to confirm it. Have a great day, Rick

Exhibits include a 1934 Ford four door sedan, 1959 Cadillac convertible, 1979 Dodge Li'l Red Express, a McLaughlin Jumpseat Carriage, African game mounts, a 1929 Model A Street Rod, 1925 Ford Model T 1-ton truck, Crosleys, and much more.) Theres plenty of hotels for us to rest the night after all that walking, sleep well we have plenty of miles ahead

Rick- Thank you for your honesty, and thank you for your commitment to our Marcher board! I know it can't be easy keeping up with all these posts. I want you to know I appreciate you! And... I lost another pound. Heheh so my lowest now is 156 (was staying at 157 so long). I'm not trying to lose, either. I'm where I want to be. But I guess I'm happy about accidentally losing another pound.

263 miles now, we're really walking! We'll be at your house in no time hope you're ready for us dont forget to check the chart of other things you can do besides walking theres some great ways to get your miles in even if its not walking, you can do it

yeah but I have no way of keeping up with that...I can only track my exersize because it's has mile markers

so true about all those steps adding up and quicker than we expect, 18.5 is fantastic Laura! if I remember correctly the walk across the us fairy granted you double miles so I'm logging you at 37. that brings us up to 260 so far
