I'm with everyone else... In clothes I love my look.. without.... (and not in a good way lol) I'm more confident in myself because I've lost a lot of weight, but to see a stomach buldge or flabby arms just brings me down. Plastics will be my option in the future and I'm excited about getting it done!

Hey there Lauren..glad to see you pop in....well my progress is as follows: Started at 357lbs at my consult Day of Surgery I was 336lbs Current 163lbs Grand total weightloss is : 194lbs I recently had my consult for my TT I don't seem to have any fears of being normal because for me this is the smallest I have ever been if I were to get to what the world considered normal I would actually be anorxeic (sp) I am actually very happy with where I am right now..I have been maintaining for roughly 4-5 months and sometimes this is annoying to me because I only have 6lbs to get off to be to my goal...but the surgeon said he is gonna take between 7-12lbs of excess skin from my belly so that gets me past my goal as far as I am concerned..I am very active (some would say too active) these days..I am never home and I am at the gym 3-5 days a week...Sometimes I still kick myself for not getting on the exercise as soon as I could but I am doing that now and I have to remember that those old habits are buried deep in my head I have just learned to tell them to go away...there also days that I do not eat the best foods for my body or myself..but if I have a craving for something I eat it..because if I do not it get worse and then can grow to be over excessive...unfortunately I really don't have any dumping which is a little disappointing..don't get me wrong if there is something my pouch does not like it comes back to haunt me...and I remember it ... I believe we all at some point will have the fear for the smaller size...because we have been obese most of our lives... but staying in touch with our Marcher family has really helped me...you just have to remember you are not alone we are here for you as well as each other... Lulu, You have just given a good example of how easy it is to brighten some ones else's day. It also makes us feel good to be a bright spot in someone else's day. Good for you. Have a great day, Rick P.S. I hope your daughter is feeling better.

I'm kind of with you, I'd love to be around a size 12 but if it's not in the cards it's okay with me. I'm excited that you get to have plastics soon! The 2nd?! OMGoodness! Are you getting your tummy done? Or arms?

Oh! You've had an anchor TT? Have you talked about it in another thread? How was your experience? Was it as painful as you imagined? I hope to have one some day but I'm super scared. I'm relieved that you're so thrilled with your results. It makes me a bit less anxious.

I try to make it a point to do these every day. This morning at 6 I was in Food Lion getting some medicine for my daughter who was sick last night. Ahead of me in line (had to be the only other person in the store) was a young girl with a daughter about 4 or so in the cart. I started talking to the restless girl while her mom and the cashier were sorting out their food stamps and I told the little girl that her sparkly shoes were very pretty. She lit up and said that she got them for her birthday this summer. I told her that she must be a very special little girl because not everyone is given shoes as beautiful as those. We had a nice conversation and her mom had a little time to concentrate on her items.
