Hello all,
I had a great weekend at the ocean. We walked the beaches and collected driftwood, rocks and sea shells. Best of all we had a nice time with old friends.
I logged a total of 33.5 miles for the week. I'm curious to see where we end up this week.

many postive thoughts for Barbara, she'll do great! Shes such a sweet lady and don't let her talk about being old fool you!! As many people say you're only as old as you feel and after losing the weight she has, continuing to work toward goal and being active with those pugs and grandbabies, she shouldn't feel old!

one "skeleton" I've held on to is crossing my arms! When I realize I'm doing it I correct it, but I've always been told its such a shy type personality trait that I want to let it go! I think I do it more because of the belly skin and that I don't want people to see it, but I know there are times when I'm talking to someone where I realize my arms are crossed and I should be more confident than that by now! Thanks for posting this, my goal is to work on that "skeleton"!

I can picture you being a dress girl!
I want to wear them more often than I do, maybe when the spring and summer are here I'll have even more confidence and will wear them all the time.. little shorter than my ankle too? not at the top of the thigh, but a little skin might be ok
I still dont do sugar which limits my martini drinks (probably a good thing right
) liqueurs are made with sugar, if I had one I'd probably be on the floor halved in pain and that wouldn't be a good look! LOL
Congrats on getting to 138, what number do you want to see? I didn't stop til I saw my magical number, now that I saw it.. I'm ok going up and down as long as its not far away!

I made my spinach madeline this weekend
I love adding fresh garlic, but never thought about mushrooms I'll have to do that next time! I had a block of muenster cheese in the freezer so I used that and added some pepper flakes too
thanks again for posting the recipe way back when its a great way to get some veggies in with protein

Sorry! Falling behind, the Sox won last night
BF is so excited!!! We were up til 3 watching highlights and interviews. Tomorrow is the parade, but if its going to be less than 50 degrees like today (28 this morning when my car started
)... he can go with his brother and nephews! lol
Ok so its week 4 and it was a little rainy on and off this week in New England, but I got some great miles in at the beginning of the week.
