I am painting today! ( I hate painting!) So that is my "jiggy".
Ice skating is fun but it hurts my ankles.
I am GOING TO compete this year in the show ring! On the back of a horse. I have never done that before. I have always been the "SHOWMOM". So now it is a goal of mine to complete this!

I feel AMAZING! How about you? I am off all medications! Including asthma meds that I had been taking for... well.... my whole life. Including steroids! I have had to have an Iron infusion, and another hernia operation, and I do battle constipation a bit but other than that... AMAZING!

Great job! I so miss working out and running. As soon as Jan 1st rolls around I am cleared for exersice again! So what is your ogl for the New Year and walking? My gol is to run a marathon! I have done a 5k and 10k so I am going for gold this new year!

current sizes: 10 bottoms, med tops, 10/11b shoes and 38b bra (going tomorrow to get re-sized for bras since my bras are getting a little big in the cup--there is no way I could be an Acup)

Ruth Ann, you're so right! Planning is the key for me. If I don't have a plan, nothing is accomplished. I must plan my menus for the week. I must plan my days of exercise each week. I must plan my snacks or I snack on things that aren't healthy. I like charts, logs and other organizational tools. I guess it's a good thing I like planning since I'm an event planner for a living!
I hope that all of my plans help me lose another fifteen pounds in 2008. And, I'd REALLY love to reach ONEderland soon! It won't happen by January 1st but maybe soon after.
