how is the banana bread oatmeal? I've only tried cinnamon and maple weight control every time I look for banana bread its gone, must be yummy!

have you found anything to make you more hungry? sometimes nuts trigger it for me and help get extra protein in. hope you feel better!

Okay, I am starting the 5 day pouch thingy. Thank God is said not to go cold turkey on the caffine. This is what I have had so far:
Tall Latte w/ 3 splenda
12oz. Emergen C, does that count as part of my water?
Vitamins- Multi done

For yesterday:
Breakfast: oatmeal with sliced banana
Morning snack: 2 Babybel Light cheese rounds
Lunch: 4 ounces turkey salad and 5 crackers
Afternoon snack: Lite applesauce cup and NSA tapioca pudding cup
Dinner: leftover porkchop, squash, and carrots
Water: 70 ounces
Vitamins: all in
Exercise: snow shoveling! UGH!

For 1/2/08
Breakfast: 4 oz LF cottage cheese 5 pretzel chips, coffee w/ half&half
Mid morn: Protein shake
Lunch: Salad w/ grilled chicken, LF dressing
Afternoon: 4 oz LF cottage cheese w/ 5 pretzel chips, LF 60 cal yogurt.
ended up disappointing myself and had 2 small cookies and a chocolate ball.
Dinner: About 2 oz of hamburger meat, 1 onion ring, 1/2 c clam chowder, tbs rice.

Ok yesterday was interesting...I have gained a little back...very disappointing..but I know where the issues were....HOLIDAY foods...so now that I have purged the house of all the chocolate dipped pretzles and nuts....lets see what tomorrow brings...but here is what I had today...
Breakfast: 1 packet of Weight Smart Oatmeal Banana Bread
Snack: Zone Perfect Strawberry Protein Bar
Lunch: Taco Bell Steak Quasidilla (sp) and 1/2 refried beans
Snack: Zone Perfect strawberry protein bar
Dinner: 1 1/2 cup of Veggie Lomein and 2 crab rangoon
Snack: Delmonte Peach Chunk Cup
Before bed: 1 packet of Cinnamon Weight Smart Oatmeal
Fluids: about 80oz of Water/Crystal Light and one large iced coffee from DD
Vitamins: all in.....
