what did you do for exersize this week?
I did 20 mins on the eliptical on monday
tues - kickboxing
wed - arobics and 30 mins at curves
thurs - arobics and 30 mins at curves and pilates ab class
fri - 60 min walk - need to do some upper body stuff and atempt a few situps for my sore abs
so share all what are you doing - we wanna know

I hate to admit it but nothing organized. I am usually busy and walking around though (have 2 little ones) and I am MUCH more active than I could be before surgery. I was at the Y last night with my family for my daughter's ballet practice and I was so surprised (I actually told my husband) that I could walk up 2 flights of stairs and not be winded!
