kick boxing
I did it!! I went back to kickboxing class after I was soooo sore last week and it was fun agian. I love the teacher - she will yell at soldiers to keep up and then come over and tell me to drink water LOL or encourge me while we are doing abs that I am doing good - I have NO ab muscles LOL they are all soft and flabby but slowly I suppose I am making progress.
ok marchers - you have to try this when you are up to it. it is so fun and burns a zillion calories -- ok not a zililon but 1545!!!! in an hour - that can make you calories in vs calories burned a NEGITIVE for the day! I love it!!
