I got on the scales this morning after being stuck at 310 and in a week's time, I am down to 299!!!! That is a 51 lbs loss! I can't believe it!!! Lisa

Great news Lisa! I have 2 (as they say up here) "wicked pounds" to lose to join you in twoville! But I am only weighing every other Saturday, so maybe I am close! It must be that cookbook that did it!!!!! Barbara
