I finally unstalled
I've been pretty good about not weighing myself except once a week, ok twice.
I got on the scale this morning after not weighing since last Wednesday and I dropped 5 lbs!! I did work my butt off for it though, on both Sat. and Sun. I did 20 min on the stair climber and another 40 on the treadmill.
When I go to the gym I find myself drinking more water too so perhaps that is also helping. I'm just thrilled to have lost 5 more lbs. and to be at 189.8, woohoo, out of the 190's, and I'm going to say for good because that gives me real incentive to keep at the gym and stay away from the scale for at least a week so if I do go back in the 190's at least I won't see it.
Also a nice moment, I wore an older slip today for the first time in about 8 weeks and it slid on so nicely and is actually loose, I can actually feel the rest of my clothes getting looser too.
We are all doing so good! I'm so proud of us.
