Eating too fast.....

I went to a luncheon today, and didn't pay to eat there. I couldn't see spending $16 for 2 or 3 bites! Well, that wasn't a problem... I sipped water and chatted, and had a great time. The problem was when I came home. I was hungry and had some of my delicious taco soup (thanks again for that recipe!! I love it!). I think I ate it too fast... I was so hungry and sitting there while everyone else ate didn't help. So I ended up losing the taco soup. ARG! Will I ever learn? Slow down, slow down... chew chew chew... SLOW! It is frustrating! Now I am hungry again! Patti
