How do you get in your calories and fat grams?
I know that we are supposed to have areound 25-30 grams of fat, and 1500 calories a day to keep our body from going into starvation mode. I just did the fitday.com thing for the first time. No wonder I have stalled! After dinner tonight, I will have eaten 528 calories and 8 grams of fat! This was a normal day for me since surgery. My poor body thinks I am starving. (If it only knew!)
How do you get it all in, when you do not feel like eating. Are we supposed to eat more often? It just seems wierd that I need to eat, when I am not hungry.
