The ugly E word!
Has anyone started their exercise program yet?
My program stresses "30 min of walking daily". But I've always hated exercise except for aqua areobics.
I will be getting back to the gym next week hating it or not because I have to do this to be sucessful. I want to learn to like it.
I have a lady that is wanting to be my workout buddy. She's buying a membership to my Community Center so that will be good for me. (Duty is a big motivator for me!)
And I found a beginning walking schedule in Family Circle this month that starts you to walking very little in the first week. 10-15 min a day, and by the end of the month you're doing 45 min a day or so.
Anyone wanna help me stay accountable? I'd love the support and the occasional kick in the pants every now and again.
