? about calcum

I would appreciate any feed back about calcum I started takeing it today I am 4 weeks out and have a hard time taking the calcum citracial I broke the pill but for some reason it just dosn't go down other pills I have no problem with. Is there calcum in a liquid? Thank you to all who have responded to my post I truly appreciate all! Jan
