*** 04/26, What Did Ya Eat? ***
Not having a very hungry day today! I got behind at work on my food and water schedule, so hopefully I can get all my meals, snacks and water done. I have my Father in laws birthday dinner tonight... should be things for me to eat. Hubby is at home feeling awfully sick--- not sure if it's the crab he ate last night, or if his pouch is just been a little tempermental!
Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg w/ cheese & hot sauce
Snack: 2 AkMak Crackers & 1 1/2 wedges of laughing cow lite cheese.
Lunch: Left over stuffed fish (About 2oz), and a few bites of vegetables (Brocolli, onion & carrots).
Snack: 1/2 South Beach Diet Bar
Dinner: At my sister in laws, Im planning on a few oz of meat sauce, some salad-- and maybe, not sure yet, a bit of garlic bread. I have to avoid the pasta ahhh, thats my weakness.
Ive done 2 bottles of water so far, 2 more to go.
