Cereal & Milk????

I was told that I would never be able to eat and drink at the same time for the rest of my life. THAT, has been the most difficult part of this process for me. I used to drink about a gallon of water a day - I would chug it all day long. Now with the waiting a half an hour before and after - it's been torture. I will be two months post-op on May 6. So....I was wondering - has anyone had a bowl of cereal? It just sounds so amazingly yummy!!!
