anyone else having migraines?

I had them a lot before than NONE for 6 weeks then 2 days in a row I could cry - I wanted to hit the ab class tonight so bad and it is all I can do to sit in my dark room and be still. my surgeon said I could do bc powder no more than once a week - and I had one this am b/c my head still hurt when I got up suggestions?? ideas?? danni
