*** 04/25, What Did Ya Eat? ***
Tonight is support group! YAY. I look forward to support group so much. I always have a blast. We are going out to a great place after for dinner too, called "Rock Fish"--- VERY YUMMY!!!
Water is good, Ive had 2 bottles, Im gonna do a 3rd bottle this afternoon at work, then my 4th bottle at support group.
Breakfast: 1/4 of an apple with about 1 TBSP of PB. I wasn't feeling very hungry.
Snack: 2 AkMak WW Crackers & 2 wedges of laughing cow lite cheese.
Lunch: 1-2oz cold left over chicken & a tiny salad (Romaine, Cucumber, Tomato, Red Onion, Pepperonchini & Italian dressing)
Snack: 1/2 South beach diet protein bar
Dinner: Out after support group-- Im eyeing up the New England Baked stuffed fish, and a few cooked vegetables on the side.
