Can you see me now???

I have noticed several posts on different forums at OH where people say they walk by a mirror and don't recognize the image coming back at them....they say they have lost many, many pounds and still see the "fat" person. Even though I have just started my journey...I can look in the mirror and see a smaller person emerging. I smile at the person looking in the mirror because I can see a change - however small it is at this point. And even though I am only 6 weeks out, people have already started saying things like...you can really tell you are losing! Now whether they are just being nice because they know I have had the surgery, or they can really tell - I am enjoying it! Do you guys see a new person or are you still seeing the fat person????
