Trying to get back in the grove after my crazy mixed up week - last week.
Breakfast: 1 egg over easy/1 sl. ff cheese
Lunch: Taco Bell pinto beans and cheese - (no sauce)
Dinner: 4 bites salad with ff Italian dressing/4 oz. chicken with cheese on top
1 protein shake (divided in half, put in freezer, eaten twice during the day)
Had 77 grams protein, 70 oz. water
