PB for protien

for the protien and because it's easy on my pouch. I'm finding quite a few things are hard on me, so I'm taking advantage of the things that go down easy. Ingrid

I have had it a few times - it is alful high in cals and fat for my obsesive self but like at my inlaws when it was taking FOREVER to leave to go out to dinner I had 1 T and 2 oz of milk for a snack and it was yummy and easy to go down Danni 372/324/170

When I was in the pureed phase...the nutritionist (just hate calling her a nut!) suggested 2 T. natural peanut butter mashed together with 1 T. banana...that got me through several breakfasts! AND it was 8 grams of protein. So I don't think the natural peanut butter which is a tad less fat that the regular peanut butter isn't so bad for you. Good luck...Barbara

I am hoping to try it again...the 1st 2 times it came back up...I bought some natrural fat free...kind of bland...but the rotein is great. my nut says if you can eat it, eat... Mimi
