PB for protien
When I was in the pureed phase...the nutritionist (just hate calling her a nut!) suggested 2 T. natural peanut butter mashed together with 1 T. banana...that got me through several breakfasts! AND it was 8 grams of protein. So I don't think the natural peanut butter which is a tad less fat that the regular peanut butter isn't so bad for you. Good luck...Barbara
