6 week post op check up
I am down 35 pounds from surgery and 47 from 1 march!!! the nut was happy with my eating and charting food and exersize - I start abs piliata style at my curves on tues/thurs of next week plus step arobics there on mon and thurs
I am so excited - the nut also told me that even at my starting size 372 - if I will work out hard the whole time starting from now and get really toned and lift wieghts and build muscles that I very well might not need plastic surgery or just a small tt. I am all about working out hard - I love seeing more calories burned from working out than I am eating - this will get harder b/c she wants me to work up to 100 grs of protien over the next 2 weeks and I will have to add more calories or I can not get there - I am only eating 600 ball park right now so maybe I can get to 800 with the 100 grams of protien
just had to share - off to curves now - did the eliptical this am - hope this does not depress anyone - I was active BEFORE surgery 45 mins a day on the elipitcal was normal for me so I had a great head start

Danni, congratulations on such wonderful weight loss! It sounds like you're doing very well. I need to get to where you are with the exercise. My work schedule has been so hectic lately that I haven't even been walking. Tomorrow is another day and I plan to begin it with a walk!
