*** 04/18, What did ya eat? ***
Well I'm almost to my 1-month mark. I will be 1 month post-op on Thursday... it seems like just yesterday I was crying as they wheeled me into the OR LOL. All surgery pain is gone, and I'm doing so much better than I ever thought.
Today's food was ok... I'm finding it hard to want to eat lately. I have exactly 7 days left before I can return to normal food, eating whatever I want. My surgeon wants us to get back to eating normally as soon as possible, I don't have any restrictions on salad, raw veggies, steak etc... it will be a whole new world, trying a different food now is new every time... those thoughts of "Will I dump" run through my head LOL Anyway...
Breakfast: 3oz Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt w/ a sprinkling of Special K (2.5g)
Snack: Wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese Lite & 4 Whole Grain Melba Toast snacks. (3g)
Lunch: 4oz Chili & 1 Reduced Fat Triscuit (20g)
Snack: 4 Small Beef Jerky Nuggets. (10g)
Dinner: 2oz Tuna Salad (15g)
So roughly around 50g protein.
I'm only up to about 24oz of water right now, but the day is still early here, I'll get to my 64oz J
