B- 1 light Yoplait yogurt
drank Isopure clear liquid protein in between
L- 2 oz. egg salad
drank more protein in between, and 20 oz? of water
D- 3 oz? of refried beans with cheese
drank some Slimfast High Protein shake in the eve
drank more Isopure clear protein drink in the eve
took all vitamins
I'm a few weeks behind most of you (my RNY was the END of March) so I'm always shocked to see people's "What did you eat?" posts, with chilli and bread products, etc.
Maybe I'm a chicken, but I'm too afraid to try that stuff yet. I see my Dr. next week for my 3 week followup, so I will ask if I can have chilli, etc.

Wakeup: 5:45am
Breakfast: 8oz Protein Shake (27g protein - 20g protein shake mix, 7g soy milk)
Vitamin: Liquid Centrum
Workout: 45 min on treadmill (180 cal burned, about 2 miles)
Snack: Peanut Butter South Beach Diet bar (10g protein)
Vitamin: Citracal (sp??)
Drink: 15oz water
Lunch: 8oz Protein Shake (27g protein)
Drink: 25oz water
Vitamin: Chocolate calicum chew
Dinner: 3oz small diced lamb, with fat free sourcream and onion on a small whole wheat wrap (??? protein)
Snack: small peice of cake (no frosting)
Drink: 20oz water
Bedtime: 9:45pm
