The scale finally moved!!

After a week of no movement the scale dropped 4 pounds this morning! I double-checked just to make sure I wasn't seeing things! Yea!!!! Hope everyone is having a wonderful day! Elizabeth

I think I'd go crazy if I didn't weigh! You have such good discipline not to weigh between office visits!! I only get on the scale once a day, first thing in the morning. Elizabeth

i think it's better not to know,so you don't get discouraged,i have step on a scale since 1 month post op,just tryin to do all the right things
