None of my paperwork says how many mcg to take daily... I've been taking 1000 mcg sublingual daily, but I saw a bottle at Target that has 2500 mcg sublingual. Should I take more? I don't feel much energy... Does anyone feel energy from the B-12? Rebecca M. 269/234/150

Every doctor's office is so different. I take the 2500 mcg once a week and that is all. They said that was sufficient. Guess I will find out when they do new blood work 3 months after surgery. Barbara

That is what I take, 1000 mcg daily. That was what I was told recommended if doing it daily.

Hi Rebecca! I could be wrong, but I remember reading that we can't absorb more than 1000-1500 at a time anyway, so I think you're fine with what you have. R

My Dr.s literature says I need to take 1000 mcg weekly, but that I can take more if I'd like. I guess each Dr. can be different. Ingrid
