Here's what was in my tummy yesterday:
Breakfast - Nectar Fuzzy Navel Protein Powder in CL Sunrise Orange
Lunch - 4 oz tuna salad with 2 wedges Laughing Cow Lite French Onion Cheese
Dinner - 4 oz grilled chicken breast with 1/4 cup steamed zucchini
Calories: 593
Fat: 20 grams
Carbs: 2 grams
Protein: 92 grams
I was too close to 600 calories for my typical nighttime snack of NSA Fudgsicle so I didn't eat it.
I walked last night 1.5 miles and walked again this morning (brrr...only 27 degrees at 6 am). I'm doing the pedometer challenge and was shocked at how few steps I walk during the day at work. I hope to see an improvement today. I will walk again tonight after I get home from work. I also need to continue to work on fluid intake. I don't even think I hit 48 ounces yesterday. Yikes!
