Celebrating One Month Post-Op!

Greetings! I so love reading all of the anniversary postings. I know that one month post-op still puts me in the "newbie" category, but I intend to celebrate my successes every month. I had my Lap RNY one month ago today. I'm so fortunate that I have been complication free thus far. This, of course, does not mean it has been easy! I'm down 17 pounds since surgery and a total of 51 pounds since I began my journey. I've also lost one dress size and a total of 10.75 inches. There are more details in my profile as well as one month post-op pictures if anyone is interested. I can't tell a difference between a month ago and today, but it will be great to have a picture trail at my one year anniversary! Continued success and support to all! -Stephanie

Hi Stephanie I'm one month today as well, doesnt it feel great to say that!!! One month down only 11 more to go before our RE-BIRTHDAY!!! Congradulations on your weight loss so far!!! I'm doing the monthly pictures as well I cant wait to look at all of them at my one year anniversary. Although I'm a little disappointed that I didnt think to take a full lenght shot at my highest non-pregnancy weight 6 months before surgery. Wishing you continued success, Heather

Stephanie, I really enjoy your profile; you have so much information on it! I think your face looks smaller; I am sure you are doing great! 10.75 inches--wow! 51 pounds is unbelievable. You should be so proud of yourself. Keep it up! Looking forward to your next month's results~ Phyllis
