Well just got back from the doctor for my 2 week plus 2 day follow up and I had lost 20 pounds since my surgery, 33 lbs since consult.
I had been hoping for a little more with the walking that I've been doing, but I'll take it.
You BRAGGER you!!!! Do you know how much faster men are going to lose than women!!!! Congrats on a great first visit...no telling how much you will lose by your next visit! Have you moved to pureed foods yet? Keep that walking up...you are doing great! Barbara
Congrats on your loss. Isn't this so amazing? I just had mine on the 21st, and as of this morning, I am down 21 pounds. I cannot get over it. I've been very lucky in that I have not had any problems so far. Keep up the good work.
