Checking In
I've been keeping up with exercise. M-F I head to the gym when the kids get on the bus and do 500+ cals on the elliptical then weights. I keep bouncing between 198 and 200 but I feel like I'm healthy. My heart doesn't race when I exercise and I don't gasp for air like when I first started this journey plus I feel strong! All in all, everything is going well. Limiting sugar/carbs is still a struggle but I take it one day at a time.
