Hello my friends and family.....this is my PLANNED menu for today...hope I can stick to it....
pre breakfast 7am: zone perfect strawberry bar
breakfast 10:30am: 2cups of fruit salad: banana, cantalope, honey dew, pineapple, and strawberries with fruit on the bottom yougurt and 3 slices of Turkey bacon
Dinner: greek salad with grilled chicken tenders with 1/2 pita bread or tomato basil tortalini soup not sure yet....
snack was zone perfect bar and lg iced coffee
