Ok...day went a little better
breakfast: protein bar for drive to brookline, then after drive...2 eggs and 2 slice bacon and english muffin with cup of tea
lunch: 1/2 cup pintos with cheese
supper is gonna be a green salad with cheese and salami for protein and then homemade fruit bowl...I went to the fruit stand today and bought a lot of fruit...body seems to want it right now...so I am gonna run with it...
