over the weekend, I was looking for ways to use ingredients in the cabinets and get rid of some of this protein that I still had from the month before surgery! heres what I made. Strawberry Cheesecake! http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1609/9234421/16931981/304754827.jpg 12-15 murrays vanilla wafers 1-2 T melted health smart margarine 2 packets cheese cake pudding 4 oz smart milk smuckers sf strawberry jam Crush cookies and add margarine to combine. Press into a square sandwich ziplock container, allowing to go up the sides. Make cheesecake pudding with the 4 oz milk (2 oz per packet). Let sit for a couple minutes to thicken then pour over crust. Let sit in the fridge for a few hours then top with your favorite preserves! sssshhhhh don't tell em its healthy and sugar free! More Protein fudge!! This stuff is unbelievable http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL1609/9234421/16931981/304754832.jpg 1/4 cup margarine (butter doesn't work) 1/2 cup (heaping) peanut butter - chunky or creamy either will work 3 scoops chocolate protein sweetener if you think it needs it (i found it sweet enough without this) mix margarine and peanut butter together until melted add protein, stir, taste and either add sweetener to your taste or put in a square sandwich ziplock container, pop it in the fridge for a couple hours then slice into 9 squares and devour!! 10 grams of protein per piece sooo good!

Wow! That cheesecake looks wonderful. I'm going to try that for the next family potluck. They'll never know! Thanks for sharing. Happy Friday! Hugs, Stephanie
