****WDYET or What Will You Eat Today (WWYTD) Wednesday****
Hello there folks...sorry I missed input yesterday...my daughter was still not feeling well...any who...she is back at school today and now I think I have caught her cold....anyone have a great chicken noodle soup recipe that will not upset my pouch....so here goes my menu for today....
pre-breakfast : coffee
breakfast: protein bar Zone Perfect
lunch: scrambled eggs with 2 oz of shreaded mexican cheese
snack: will most likely be a NMH protein drink
dinner: 5 oz of chicken with greek salad
before bed: maybe protein bar or drink..
I have already had 23.4 oz of water/crystal light usually get more than this in by now....
I also wanted to say that I really appreciate everyone's post on this site...I am glad that we have each other...I may not respond all the time I definately read the post here everyday...

Breakfast: great grains bagel with peanut butter and sliced banana
Morning Snack: one hard boiled egg
Lunch: salad made with lettuce, mushrooms, scallions, cucumber, green pepper, cheddar cheese, and deli ham
Afternoon Snack: lite applesauce and SF pudding
Dinner: grilled chicken breast and broccoli
Evening Snack: NSA Fudgsicle I'm sure!
Water: 40 ounces in so far today
Vitamins: all in but last done of calcium
Exercise: not today

yesterday seemed ok, but I'm snacking on too many carbs at night!!
drive to work - protein shake
morning coffee, stevia, x-smart milk
breakfast - steel cut oats, milk, peanut butter, peanuts and dried apples best oatmeal i've ever had!!!
snack - drinkable yogurt
lunch - 5 shrimp with penne alfredo
dinner - quinoa with black beans, roasted corn & garlic
snack - sf chocolate covered banana with peanuts
water - plenty
exercise - none
vitamins - no calicum
