WDYET - Thursday 1/3
Day 2 of the 5 day pouch test.
I can't say I have been hungry at all. I'm glad I didn't get hooked on caffene again so it is one thing I haven't had to miss. Today is the last day of full liquids.
Breakfast: protein shake
Snack: sugar free jello
Lunch: chicken broth and sugar free pudding
Snack: sugar free jello
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: chicken broth
Snack: sugar free pudding
100 ounces of water
All of my vitamins.
Walked 5 miles, We are between storms, but tomorrow is suppose to be the"big" one.
Looking forward to food I can chew on tomorrow.

L- 1 lean Cuisine (250 cals) 1 cup salad (50 cal)
D- Roast, carrots,mushrooms (350 cals)
S-1 turkey hot dog (120 cals)
1 Hot choc. (25 cals)
1 SF ice cream (80 cals)
cake cone (30 cals)
3 glasses of tea
2 bottels of water
1 sf candy cane (40cals)
Total calories: 1070
That Ice cteam haunts me...... and it isn't really that good! Almost gone.
Not sure why I had the turkey dog? I need to not eat while I am cooking that is one thing that I am going to work on! No bites until I sit down to eat!
