well Monday and Tuesday i helped my neighbors move...up and down stairs lifting all that furniture and boxes...3 hours each day (about maybe a bit more) Wed I did laundry up and down the stairs again...Thursday nope sat on my rear...friday i shopped for 4 hours does that count? Saturday shopped for 3 more...sunday had the baby again we watched Enchanted...don't think that counts either I know this does not make calculating my steps easy...but then what would have to do until next monday LOL!!! Thanks for keeping up with this for us!

I feel like I'm back in high school when I figure out your miles. Mr. Solka's math problems. Stairs 15min = 1 mile 4 miles in an hour * 6 hrs for mon and tues moving adventure = 24 miles Walking, stroll (2 mph) 30 minutes = 1 mile Shopping... does it count? anything involving the word shopping constitutes in my book as something! 2 miles in an hour * 7 hours for Fri and Sat = 14 more miles 38 for the week well done.. thanks for refresher

It is a guess for me because I lost my trusty pedometer. I am estimating 25 miles - it may have been more as we walked around Foxwoods Casino on Sunday until we lost all our money...OH yeah...that didn't require THAT much walking because it seems like we lost it pretty quickly!!!! I didn't get to stop yesterday and get my new pedometer but it is on the MUST do list for today! Thanks for keeping up with this my friend! Barb

I need your house cleaning motivation, send it my way i can think of EVERYTHING to do but housework. laundry isn't bad, but not a fan of the vaccuum. I even bought that battery op. one on tv. swivel sweeper. they actually work great!

what motivates me is that I get 3 miles for every hour I clean according to the list...so that works for me...I have a teenager and a 4 year old...throw them into the mix and that is my motivation... Jannine
