did they recommend upping your protein before surgery? I had a great grain bagel this morning, everytime I have one I think of ya!

Yup, upping my protein was recommended. I'm so glad that your bagel reminds you of me!!! I do love my great grains bagels!

thats an interesting note, I wonder if its to help with recovery after surgery? Are you getting anxious? I'm still so happy for you, can't wait to hear about your results
