We have the opportunity to feed with only the right things...more protein, less JUNK!!! Let's starve our problems...snacking, grazing, soft feel good carbohydrates! Let's take today and make it an opportunity to solve our problem....and that problem being our desire to get to goal sooner than later. What opportunity will you have today to move towards goal? Our surgeons did it for us initially - they gave us the tool to solve our problem, but now it is ALL left us to up - no one else can help us - we have to do this ourselves.
