WDYET?? *** TUESDAY ***
living in the land of confusion. Maybe taking my vitamins faithfully is an overload from not taking them before?? It was about an hour ago I realized today is Tuesday not Wednesday which is a bad thing since I work at a college that runs on 2 different schedules (m,w,f) (tues, thurs).. bravo!!
I woke up and ran out of the house a few minutes late so I didn't stop to make a shake.. Instead I scoffed down a RTD EAS shake I had in the fridge... blahhhh
heres my day
liquid calicum
EAS protein shake when I got to work
breakfast - 2 protein muffins
lunch - 7 shrimp with ****tail sauce
snack - 5 peanut butter balls
dinner - steak and avocado
snack - not sure.. maybe a few peanut butter balls
exercise - 2 walks today and more walking when I check out the sales at Old Navy, $1.97 for shirts??? you know I'm there!!!
water - I feel like I'm gonna float away I've had so much so already
vitamins - just missing 1 calcium chew. I'll have it after my shrimp!
