The population is approx 6300
Its the birthplace of Doug Brocail (2005 Baseball player for the Texas Rangers)
Their largest buisiness is CNB FINANCIAL CORP/PA (STATE COMMERCIAL BANKS)
Their "tourist attraction" is the Grice Clearfield Community Museum (Grice, a non-profit organization, is a classic car and trophy game museum. Exhibits include a 1934 Ford four door sedan, 1959 Cadillac convertible, 1979 Dodge Li'l Red Express, a McLaughlin Jumpseat Carriage, African game mounts, a 1929 Model A Street Rod, 1925 Ford Model T 1-ton truck, Crosleys, and much more.)
Theres plenty of hotels for us to rest the night after all that walking, sleep well we have plenty of miles ahead
Ahhhh STYLZ....you make me feel good. I have really enjoyed my morning seeing the sights in Clearfield, PA!!! Ruth Ann - how far do you live from this lovely sight? I am so impressed STYLZ that you provided this documentary....this is really fun!
Rick sent me some pictures of some beautiful sights he has seen on his walk and I will use them in our photo diary. What a beautiful little town we're in! Thanks so much for letting us know all about it. I'm going to walk, walk, walk this weekend all over campus for events so I hope my numbers increase some this week. I walked like crazy in NYC yesterday.
