WDYET ~ TGIF!
Ok lets see what I had...I always feel like I eat more than everyone else....
breakfast...small iced coffee
lunch...3/4 of Turkey & Provolone Cheese sandwich with lettuce and mayo
snack...lg iced coffee
dinner....between 4-6oz of meatloaf...no carbs in it small baked potatoe and 1/4 cup green beans
snack.....piece of 70% chocolate the extra dark stuff and ZonePerfect Protein bar...
all water in and vitamins....
I did go to the gym 3 out of the 5 days this week and did the treadmill each day for 30 min and then each day did 10-15 min on the rowing machine...(my new favorite.) and then walked the track....the scale finally stayed put did not go up again so maintain for this week is good for me...maybe it will go down next week...I am gonna be doing lots of walking.......
