******WDYET Thursday*******
Ok...what did everyone eat today....I myself have been cleaning mostly all morning so have not consumed much but here is what I have had and what I plan for supper...
Breakfast: Weigiht Control Oatmeal Banana Bread flavor and cup of hazelnut coffee
Snack: Zone Perfect Strawberry Protein Bar
Lunch: So far lg French Vanilla Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee but about to heat up some of my cream of mushroom soup with shread chicken it....and 8 oz of butternut squash
Supper: Meatloaf with baked potato and salad...
then after I come home from Open House at my son's school I will probably have another Zone Perfect bar .... of course all my water is going to be in and all vitamins have been taken....
I hope everyone is having a great day and I hope everyone is getting up and moving....

Breakfast
1/4 fresh peach
1/4 fresh pear
2 boiled egg whites with ground flax see meal
1/2 cup steel cut oats with 2 sweet and lo
cup coffee ( cajun thisk style - jes for the buzz)
snack
6 oz pure protien shake
lunch
fresh green salad with 1 egg white and 3 oz grilled chick breast
non fat italian dressing (1 tblsp)
snack
1/2 banana 6 oz pure protien shake
dinner
2 oz 93 % lean beef patty
salad with lo fat chees (1 oz)
1 tlbs non fat dressing
1 tbls flax seed meal
Ill have another shake 1 hour before bed.
