WDYET?? *** THURSDAY ***
Its Thursday, the week is almost over I'm getting the nervous jitters (or is that all the caffeine I've been having to stay up later to get everything done before I leave? ). I've been trying to tie up all the lose ends at work to make sure everythings done while I'm gone. Need to make a couple stops on the way home to pick up little things, then go home and do laundry.
Today is my last day of Fat Smash, I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and post my results. Today has been an almost fat smash day. I'll do no carbs, but I had grilled chicken for lunch, I couldn't resist! Tonight I'll make shrimp in cream sauce over whole wheat linguini for today and tomorrow then off to set sail Times going so quick, I'll catch up on posts later tonight!

drive to work - isofruit pink lemonade
medium toasted almond iced coffee, x- smart milk
breakfast - oatmeal
lunch - 3oz. grilled chicken, hand full of grapes
drive from work - more grapes.. mmmmmm
dinner - shrimp in cream sauce w/ 1/3c. whole wheat linguini
vitamins - took them
exercise - walk to the salon to get my eyebrows done
water - not enough only 3 16-oz bottles so far, more later
