quick post, I'll catch up with everyones posts later when it slows down (which means when I get home )
heres my day so far
liquid calcium
drive to work - protein shake isofruit pink lemonade
medium coconut iced coffee, xsmart milk, 3 splenda
breakfast - weight control oatmeal with smart milk
snack - pink grapefruit sections
lunch - 1/3c beans, 1/3 c msf burger, 1/2c. brown rice
leaving early for our support group meeting on exercise
dinner - more rice, beans and burger
vitamins - took them
water - bad today, only 1 - 16oz bottle
exercise - 45 min on the bike when I get home
3 days left of fat smash (including today)
I'm right there with you! I arrived at the office this morning at 6:45 a.m. simply because there aren't enough hours in the workday. I have spinning at 6:00 p.m. and I am NOT missing it. No matter how much work I have left!
Breakfast: great grains bagel with peanut butter and sliced banana
Lunch: wrap with ham, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard and cucumbers - and one of those stupid cowboy cookies...ugh! I wish they would stop selling those things!
Snack: not sure if I will eat my applesauce and pudding or not
Dinner: chef salad
Vitamins: all in
Water: only 40 ounces so far but I'll get in another 30 during spinning
Exercise: spinning class
