Do you do chewing gum?

I chew gum...my doc old me not after surgery because it puts air in your stomach not a fun thing....I chew when I get the munchies and know I can't eat right away or when I know I have ameeting and can't run and brush my teeth...heck any time I think about it...but a 18 piece pack will last a good week.
