ok quick post, busy day with new student orientation! still here running around..
heres my day
drive to work - protein shake
breakfast - blueberry protein muffin
medium french vanilla iced coffee, xmilk, 3 splenda
lunch - 2oz. chicken, roasted broccoli and a slice of watermelon
dinner - chicken ziti broccoli in a garlic sauce
snack - yogurt
vitamins- took them
water- lots of it
exercise - no time today
hows everyone doing? let us know!!
Breakfast: great grains bagel with peanut butter and sliced banana
Lunch: 4 ounces of chicken, handful of Kashi crackers and 2 wedges of light laughing cow herb and garlic cheese
Snack: lite applesauce cup and SF vanilla pudding cup
Dinner: chef salad
Snack: 1 slice of banana bread
Water: 80 ounces
Vitamins: all in
Exercise: 50 minute spinning class
