Stepping in for Stylz... I didn't see her post. I'm a little late, but let's hear it, what's everyone eating today?
B: protein coffee
S: protein bar
L: Wendy's Mandarin Chicken Sal
4oz yogurt w/ 1/4 c. granola
later...SF Vanilla latte
S: apple, 3oz fage yogurt w/strawberries
D: 1 cup grilled zucchini, 1/4 c penne pasta w/meat sauce
vits done
water 100oz
exer: 60 min BLAST class
I think I've been trying to hide on purpose! lol
yesterday I got all my vitamins in, but didnt feel like eating much, today... ughhhhh I wasn't going to post today either, but I have a story to share so I will
heres my tuesday
drive to work 1 1/2 protein shake
breakfast 2 blueberry muffins
lunch nothing
dinner - 1/2 wheat bagel with light veggie cream cheese
snack was a handful of sf chocolate covered almonds
vitamins - got them in
water - plenty
exercise - didn't have time.. isn't that a pre-op excuse?? lol
