WDYET?? *** MONDAY ***
another busy week! I just saw Rick and Barbara's weekly posts, can't wait to get home and read them thanks to both of you for whippin us back into shape!! not at goal, at goal or close to goal we all still need the push. my day has been awful, I can't believe I'm going to be honest and post it, but if you're not honest with yourself whats the sense of posting right?
drive to work - iso fruit pink lemonade protein shake
breakfast - 1 blueberry protein muffin (wanted the second one but didn't have time to eat it)
lunch - was starving and wanted to hit dunkins for a bagel with cream cheese, but plans changed when my co-worker had to go home so I went with her and snacked on a bag of sunflower seeds (maybe 2/3c)
too much coffee today, already on my second iced coffee haven't taken vitamins, haven't had 1 entire bottle of water, havent gone for a walk
tomorrows a new day?
Breakfast: 3/4 c. LF cottage cheese, about 1 cup chooped zucchini and tomato with balsamic dressing, coffee with half/half.
Mid morning: About 1.5 oz. mixed nuts
Lunch: Boca Burger, 1 cup chopped zucchini and tomato with balsamic dressing
Mid afternoon: 1****d Venti Soy latte from Starbucks with SF cinammon dolce syrup.
2) Can of Iced light coffee Starbucks. Yes, I know way too much caffeine!! LOL
3) Had a bag of Sun Chips along the way also. 4) Will have a LF yogurt around 4:00 p.m. w/ soy nuts before I leave work, (going to gym after work)
Dinner: Don't know yet. But think its going to be a chicken/portabello mushroom burger and more zucchini. I'm just loving zucchini this Summer!
STYLZ - what in the world is the matter with you? No water, no exercise, iced coffee...I am shocked!!!!! At least you are honest! I am so proud of me because I haven't had one single NUT so far today!!!! But the day ain't over yet! Well just remember it is only one day and tomorrow starts anew! Hang in there surgery buddy!!!! Drive to work: 2 Baby Bel Light cheese
Breakfast: great grains bagel with peanut butter and sliced banana
Lunch: 3 ounces turkey, 2 ounces roast beef and 2 wedges Laughing Cow light french onion cheese
Dinner: porkchop, brown rice and zucchini
Snack: NSA Fudgsicle
Water: 56 ounces so far
Vitamins: all in
Exercise: plan to walk with hubby tonight
Don't beat yourself up my friend! You'll do better tomorrow!
