busy day, still at the office trying to get things in order before school starts. bad day with vitamins, water, food, exercise, etc, etc, etc
heres my day so far
liquid calcium
drive to work - nothing
medium toasted almond iced coffee, xmilk
breakfast - 2 packaged blueberry protein muffins
snack - protein chips
medium iced cappuccino
lunch - 3 wendy's nuggets and about 8 french fries
dinner - not sure, yet probably chicken
1 bottle of water, no exercise, still need to take bcomplex and 1 more calcium

B: ummmmm....Soft Pretzel from the mall after workout (was hungry and too lazy to walk all the way down to GNC to buy a protein bar.)
S: coffee
L: small chicken thigh
S: sml piece Squash/Turkey "Mock" Lasagna
D: 4oz Chicken Florentine, 1 cup green beans
vits: done
water 3 bottles so far, 3 more to go
exer: 60min. Blast butt/leg/ab class...ouch
