Times flying by! You can tell its getting closer to the start of school, more faculty are entering almost like they just came out of hibernation lol next week will be busy getting things ready for the start of school..
Drive to work - isofruit pink lemonade protein shake
Medium iced coffee, xmilk
breakfast - blueberry muffin
lunch - carob energy bar
dinner - not sure where we are going BF is taking me out, I liked Stephanie's idea about asking for a date so I did the same
exercise - walk at lunch
water - 3 16oz bottles so far
vitamins - got everything in!! took liquid calcium before leaving the house this morning, multi and b with breakfast and eating my calcium chew right now

Yup. Fall is coming! So glad you are having a date tonight! Sometimes, when I ask my hubby for a date I even drive around the block to pick him up. I know, we are silly!
Drive to work: 2 light babybel cheeses
Breakfast: multigrain bagel with peanut butter and sliced banana
Lunch: leftover fish, brown rice and green beans
Snack: sf jello and sf pudding cup
Dinner: not sure yet
Snack: NSA Fudgsicle
Water: 64 ounces so far
Vitamins: all in
Exercise: ummm...I overslept this morning

Here's today's facts:
Exercise- skipped my usual morning walk with the neighbors because I knew I'd be cleaning the house thoroughly today (in-laws are coming over to stay for the weekend). Cleaned guest room/guest bathroom, cleaned all wood floors throughout the house, dusted, and need to wash bedding still...
Breakfast- coffee, weight-control oatmeal
mid-morning- 2 pc. sourdough toast w/ my homemade SF jam on it
lunch- wasn't hungry, made a SF vanilla frappacino (Big Train) forgot to put a scoop of protein in it like I usually do tummy been acting up lately so I guess I didn't *really* "forget"...
dinner- made hubby leftover au gratin/smoked sausage casserole, I had a few bites and didn't want any plus too many potatoes in it...
thinking of making a fried egg sandwich soon, once tummy settles down...
will make a protein shake tonight in blender, around 8pm...
still working on water (crystal light mostly), on my 2nd 16.9 oz. bottle
